LINCOLN University College (LUC) achieved a milestone today with the successful completion of its first HRDC – claimable professional workshop, titled Effective Communication Skills on September 29, 2025.
The full-day programme, held at the Multipurpose Hall in Wisma Lincoln, attracted more than 20 participants from various professional backgrounds.
The workshop was conducted by Mr. Manimaren Selvaraja, Assistant Pro Dean and HRDC Accredited Trainer at LUC. Participants were guided through key communication competencies, including expressing ideas fluently, using verbal and non-verbal cues effectively, communicating with emotional intelligence, and managing cross-cultural interactions, as featured in the event materials (Creative Communication Skills).
The positive turnout and engagement mark a significant step in LUC’s efforts to expand its HRDC – claimable training portfolio, strengthening its position as a centre for professional upskilling in Malaysia.
