AN official academic partnership has been established between Lincoln College University (LUC), Malaysia and Borama University Somaliland on September 24, 2025.
Under this agreement, Borama University is recognized as the exclusive and authorized representative of LUC in the region, offering all programs from Diploma to PhD.
This partnership aims to strengthen higher education in Somaliland through enhanced international academic standards, student and faculty exchange opportunities and joint research and innovation initiatives.
The collaboration marks an important step in building academic bridges between Malaysia and Somaliland by expanding access to quality education and empowering future graduates with global opportunities.
